This project included 32,000 square feet
of wet and dry lab build out. It featured 16,000 square feet
of wet lab space for researchers from the Dartmouth Medical
School, with additional divided space for a collection of smaller
start-up technology companies. The Estes & Gallup involvement
began when the owner faced challenges that stalled the partially
completed structure. Using a creative approach to designing
new mechanical and electrical systems, Estes & Gallup worked
closely with sub-contractors to value-engineer the systems and
bring the project to a very successful completion on a tight
schedule and a restricted budget.
