L.L. Bean Fit-Up
Description: 14,000 sf of
retail space fit-up

In order for L.L. Bean to
open a new retail store in the Powerhouse Mall in West Lebanon,
NH, Estes & Gallup combined five existing store fronts
into one contiguous space with a new entrance façade,
an open floor plan, and an interior stair tower. Each of those
stores in turn needed to be moved to a new location and fit-up
to their individual specifications. For the L.L. Bean store,
Estes & Gallup needed to remove and recreate all existing
finishes and to complete the final fit-up to specifications
that would become a template for multiple additional stores
that followed in L.L. Bean’s new retail initiative.
