Bridgman Building Addition/Renovation and Fit Out
Description: Complete gut
and renovations of approx. 22,000 sf of mixed-use space. Includes
fit-up of restaurant, retail and office space.

In this challenging project that combined
historic renovation and state-of-the-art office, retail, and
restaurant construction. Estes & Gallup took a 100 year
old building down the framing structure and completely rebuilt
it. As much of the work was done around the occupancy of existing
tenants, this project required an extremely high-level of coordination
and communication. This project was fast-tracked on the fit-up
side, and the finished product highlights the use of extensive
masonry and heavy timber trusses with exposed beams.
