Creare Research Lab
Description: 18,000 sf addition and renovations

The primary challenge on this project which
involved a long front-end planning period, was to design and
build a two-story lab building that could function as an easily
adaptable R&D facility. Estes & Gallup worked closely
with Creare to develop a building that would continue to meet
their ever evolving needs. This included building new clean
rooms as well as creating R&D space with a modular electrical
distribution busway that could easily adapt to changing work
configurations. As part of the project Estes & Gallup also
built a new centralized heating system, and renovated their
existing machine shops.
